Well-known Ilminster faces show their support for Fairtrade via a social media campaign to raise the profile of Fairtrade in the town. A Fairtrade quiz is also held at the Dolphin pub on Silver Street, with prizes generously donated by Ilminster Co-Op and Tesco stores.

A Fairtrade fact-finding trail is launched across the town centre for Fairtrade Fortnight.

Chairman, Roger Gurner, presents Ilminster Town Council with the latest Fairtrade Community certificate at a meeting of Councillors, following a successful application to renew the town's Fairtrade status.

Ilminster Fairtrade partners with Ilminster Quakers to host a Fairtrade coffee morning and Bake-Off at Sweet Surprise as part of a programme of activities for Great Big Green Week.

Thanks to the staff and pupils of Greenfylde First School, a Fairtrade Christmas Tree is amongst those included at the annual Christmas Tree Festival at The Minster. All proceeds to go towards the Resoure Box for Schools Project.
